1. Enrollment

Enrollment in a Zovely program is confirmed once the applicable fee is paid and a class schedule is agreed with our team. A free demo class does not itself constitute enrollment.

2. Fees & payments

3. Rescheduling & attendance

4. Use of AI tools

Where a program uses third-party AI tools or APIs, students use them under instructor supervision and Zovely's responsible-AI guidelines. Zovely does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output.

5. Intellectual property

Students retain ownership of projects they create. Zovely's curriculum, lesson materials and brand assets remain the property of Zovely.

6. Conduct

Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and peers. Zovely reserves the right to pause or end enrollment in cases of serious misconduct.

7. Limitation of liability

Zovely provides educational instruction and makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, careers, or certifications beyond what is explicitly stated in program materials.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
